Advance Vasisthasana


This pose is dedicated to bird, sort of partridge

From sitting, place the correct foot behind the pinnacle and take hands
namaste throughout Associate in Nursing exhale. Inhale, plant the
hands on the ground, lift up and balance for five breaths attempting to urge the hips as so much forward as 
possible and also the left leg as high and straight as potential.
Drishti = toe

With the foot still behind the pinnacle, exhale and fold the left leg back
between the arms to urge to chaturanga. Vinyasa to second aspect and
then a vinyasa to sitting to enter kala bhairavasana.
